From the Creative Digital Studio at Do Greater Charlotte to the Venture for America infinity group, the Women's Collective reinstated nationally, I take ideas from concept to execution and leave something lasting behind. I build the infrastructure, the relationships, and the culture that makes it all work.

I connect the dots between policy, people, and practice.

Through coalition building, strategic partnerships, and community centered collaboration I have driven change at the individual and systems level.

I have managed 200 plus client caseloads, built partnerships from scratch, testified before the Maryland legislature, and grown program attendance from 4 to 40 participants in three months.

Storytelling & Facilitation

I am a Certified Human-Centered Design Practitioner through the LUMA Institute and a Certified Entrepreneurial Mindset Facilitator through ELI Gold.

I create space for honest conversations that move people forward. As creator of Profit and Purpose I use storytelling to explore what it looks like to build something meaningful without sacrificing profit or purpose.
